Yukon election leads to unprecedented random draw

Last week's election is shaping up to be one of the most unique elections in the Yukon. After an unprecedented tie between the Liberals and the NDP in the least populated riding, a winner has been chosen through a random draw. Here's APTN’s Sara Connors explains.
