Yellowknife non-profit keeps youth experiencing homelessness out of the cold

Finding secure housing in Yellowknife can be a challenge for anyone, but one organization is trying to ensure no one’s left out in the cold. Local non-profit Home Base recently purchased a building to create apartment units for youth age 12 to 24. APTN’s Charlotte Morritt-Jacobs reports.
