Why Nunavut wants Ottawa to pay more towards northern airlines

Nunavut has paid over $24 million to northern airlines so they keep serving communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. The federal government has only paid $5 million of that, but that may be changing. Nunavut's premier explained why they want Ottawa to pay more.
