Why most of Thunder Bay’s police services board resigned

The majority of Thunder Bay’s embattled police services board has resigned. The move comes just days after the Ontario police watchdog appointed an administrator to oversee the board. It also comes as high-ranking officials with the city's police service are currently under investigation. The now-former chair of the police services board Kristen Oliver joins APTN National News to explain the decision behind leaving.
