Walpole Island Chief plans on establishing a Ontario-wide First Nations fisheries

Walpole Island Chief Charles Sampson put Ontario on notice that his community will be establishing a province-wide First Nations fisheries. Chief Sampson says he will meet with other First Nations to discuss their treaty and constitutional rights to fish.
