Two years since tragic mass killings on James Smith Cree Nation

September 4 marks the second anniversary of the tragic mass killings on James Smith Cree Nation in Saskatchewan. Earlier this year, an inquest into the stabbings issued a total of 29 recommendations to prevent a similar event in the future.
