Three Innu nations make a plea for Quebec to come back to the treaty negotiating table

Three Innu nations from Quebec were in Ottawa on Thursday as part of a plea to that province to come back to the negotiating table to finish the Petapan Treaty project. The nations have been working for 40 years to secure a treaty.
