Thoughts behind lack of charges for hit-and-run

There are still more questions than answers, nine days after a hit-and-run during a march for residential schools in Mission, B.C. A 77-year-old male turned himself in the following day but he has not been charged. Journalist Robert Jago was covering the walk and has raised concerns over the RCMP’s handling of the incident. He joins APTN National News to share his thoughts on the lack of charges.
