“State of readiness” declared as talks between Canada and Chiefs continue

The Assembly of Nova Scotia Mi'kmaw Chiefs reduced the state of emergency they had declared to a "state of readiness" on Tuesday, as the Sipekne'katik Chief continues talks with Canada.
