Sipekne’katik First Nation prepares to sue feds and non-Indigenous fishers

Mi’kmaw fishers from Sipekne'katik First Nation aren't just preparing for the upcoming lobster season – they are also getting ready to sue the federal government and non-Indigenous fishermen for the violence that occurred last fall in Nova Scotia. Chief Mike Sack hopes the lawsuit will find out what went wrong.
