Senate committee looks at study to end First Nations registration discrimination

A Senate committee is looking at a study to end discrimination in First Nations registration. Former senator Lillian Dyck told the committee Bill S-3 didn’t go far enough to include everyone and there are descendants who are still not eligible for status.
