Record number of Indigenous people ran for office in the U.S. presidential election

The U.S. presidential election outcome has not been declared, but what is known is that tribal citizens in the U.S. ran for office in record numbers and achieved major milestones. APTN’s Dennis Ward spoke with Aliyah Chavez, reporter and producer at Indian Country Today, about the election from an Indigenous perspective.
