Qikiqtani Truth Commission receives millions to implement recommendations

The Qikiqtani Truth Commission launched in 2000 to see if RCMP were responsible for the slaughter of dog teams between 1950 and the 1970s. The commission made 25 recommendations in 2011, and now they have millions more to see those recommendations through.
