Powwow drumming, dancing in the heart of Winnipeg on Indigenous Peoples Day

The Forks, located in the heart of Winnipeg, has been known as a gathering place for thousands of years – and Indigenous Peoples Day is no exception. APTN’s Tiar Wheatle went down to The Forks to check out this year’s powwow, hosted by Wa-Say Healing Centre.
