Police crackdown on alleged alcohol and opioid smuggling ring in Quebec

A major police bust made this week may have been dubbed "Project Plutonium", but it had nothing to do with radioactive substances. Instead, two police forces in Quebec cracked down on an alleged alcohol and opioid smuggling ring supplying Inuit communities in Nunavik.
