Park in downtown Winnipeg getting $2.5 million revamp

The Air Canada Window Park has long acted as a gathering place and even a home for some people experiencing homelessness in Winnipeg. Next week, it’s scheduled for a year-long reconstruction as part of a $2.5 million project.
