Northern premiers on Arctic sovereignty, natural resources and healthcare

The premiers’ meetings continued on Tuesday in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Northern premiers held a press conference early in the day to talk about issues such as Arctic sovereignty, natural resources and consulting Indigenous leaders in healthcare legislation.
