Non-Indigenous fishers using intimidation tactics against Mi’kmaq fishers in Nova Scotia

Angel is in Sipekne’katik where Mi’kmaq are fishing lobster. Non-Indigenous fishermen are using intimidation tactics like following them and shooting flares. Mi’kmaq are not pleased with the feds handling of the matter.
