No jail time for drunk driver leaving Darnell Fineday unable to walk or talk

On April 19 2023 Darnell Fineday was walking home when he was struck by a drunk driver leaving him in need of round-the-clock care. He is now unable to walk or talk and he needs 24/7 care. There was no jail time.
