New patrol group hopes to prevent future MMIWG tragedies in Winnipeg

A new patrol group is hitting the streets of Winnipeg next month. It's formed by the family of a First Nation woman who was murdered by a Winnipeg serial killer in 2022. They hope to use their experience to prevent more tragedies like this in the future.
