New funding aims to address over-incarceration of Indigenous people

Almost half a million dollars will flow to a Quebec justice program aimed at addressing the over-representation of Indigenous people incarcerated in Canada. Justice Minister David Lametti says the money is a small step in tackling what is a big problem.
