New changes to NWT travel restrictions

There are new amendments to travel restrictions and self-isolation protocols in Northwest Territories. This time it deals with essential workers coming up from the south. APTN’s Charlotte Morritt-Jacobs is on the NWT-Alberta border and has this update.
