NDP MP says feds failed to properly fund Nunavut daycare on the verge of closing

NDP MP Lori Idlout says the federal government failed to properly fund a daycare in Nunavut, which is on the verge of closing its doors due to insufficient funding. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau promised his office will look into this particular case.
