More needs to be done to address over-representation of Indigenous youth in care says prof

Last week, reports from the Alberta Child Advocate showed Indigenous youth continue to be over-represented in the child welfare system. APTN's Chris Stewart speaks with an associate professor who says more needs to be done to lower the alarming numbers.
