Mohawk Mothers to return to court in October after judge dismisses emergency application

Recently, a Quebec Superior Court judge dismissed an emergency application by the Mohawk Mothers to stop excavation at the site of the old Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal. The Mothers say they will be back in court in October to address multiple issues.
