Modular home delivery delay leading to unsafe housing situations in Alberta community

Residents of the small hamlet of Conklin in northern Alberta say bureaucratic delays in permits and inspections have forced them to continue to live in unsafe shacks and trailers despite having 15 modular homes ready to be delivered.
