Mi’kmaw man first represents his community in the Boston marathon

Jarvis Googoo, of the We'koqma'q First Nation ran with over 28,000 runners in Monday’s Boston marathon. The first in his community to qualify and complete the 42.2-kilometre course, finishing the marathon in just over three hours. Googoo intends to share his Boston Marathon Finisher’s medal with his community to inspire others.
