Mi’gmaw artist designs Every Child Matters shirt being sold at Walmart

Walmart stores across Canada are selling Every Child Matters T-shirts. Mi’gmaw artist Natasha Root won the design contest held by Indigenous Proud, a company that collaborates with Walmart Canada. Root says the wolf design is a symbol of empowerment.
