Mechanical issues causing frustration for N.W.T. communities that rely on ferries

In the Northwest Territories, many communities rely on public ferries to transport people, goods and services in and out of Fort Simpson. But with mechanical issues and low water levels there have been frequent closures and frustration is growing.
