Manitoba Liberals ask province to hold off granting permanent license to Churchill River Diversion

Manitoba Liberal leader Dougald Lamont is joining impacted communities to ask the Manitoba PC government to hold off on granting a final license to Manitoba Hydro for its Churchill River Diversion. The diversion has been operating through decades of interim one-year licenses.
