Man fatally shot by Winnipeg police identified as 24-year-old Jordan Charlie

A man who was shot by Winnipeg police on Sunday has been identified as 24-year-old Jordan Charlie. Charlie, who was originally from Iqaluit, was released from a provincial jail just days before his death.
