Long Plain First Nation set to face off against Manitoba in court

Long Plain First Nation is set to face off in court against the province of Manitoba over their on-reserve cannabis store. Late last week the province's liquor, gaming and cannabis authority filed suit against the First Nation after suspending their license this year. For Long Plain Chief Dennis Meeches, the case is about more than just a shutdown of their store.
