Long-awaited law to monitor feds on reconciliation is on the verge of becoming law

A long-awaited national council to monitor the Trudeau government's progress on reconciliation is on the verge of becoming law. Bill C-29 has passed through both the House and Senate and should get royal assent in the upcoming session.
