Kenora city council passes resolution concerning issues at Kenora District Jail

On Wednesday night, Kenora city council, which has no jurisdiction over the Kenora District Jail, passed a resolution concerning the issues shared by inmates there. Complaints include access to menstrual supplies, broken toilets in cells and overcrowding.
