Kashechewan First Nation declares another state of emergency

Kashechewan in northern Ontario has declared a state of emergency in anticipation of flooding from the Albany River. The chief said 1,000 people are isolating in the bush because of COVID-19 but those remaining in the community will need somewhere to shelter if flooding occurs.
