Inquest jury concludes teen’s death to be changed from ‘accidental’ to ‘undetermined’

The jury at an inquest into the death of Haven Dubois concluded the cause of his death is to be changed from ‘accidental drowning with cannabis playing a factor’ to ‘undetermined.’ APTN News spoke with Haven’s mother Richelle Dubois and her lawyer.
