How freezing temperatures are affecting houseless people in Vancouver

With the cold snap affecting most of Canada, it's hitting the houseless the hardest and the situation in Vancouver is no different with temperatures going down to -28 with the windchill. APTN’s Tina House shares the latest as police have arrested a man and city officials are removing tents of people trying to stay warm.
