Healing lodges coming to two Manitoba correctional facilities

The Manitoba government announced it will create healing lodges at two correctional facilities to give prisoners access to cultural supports. Justice Minister Kelvin Goertzen says the lodge will limit a prisoner's chance of reoffending.
