Grassroots Indigenous women focus on self-care at two-day gathering in Winnipeg

Iskwēw Minwāyāwin is a two-day event dedicated to helping grassroots Indigenous women with self-care. Participants will take part in ceremonies like cedar baths, reiki therapy, rattle making, hair braiding or healing through art and beading.
