Five First Nations are under evacuation in Manitoba

There are currently five First Nations under evacuation in Manitoba. The Canadian Red Cross provides disaster assistance to First Nations in Manitoba. APTN News spoke with Jason Small from the Canadian Red Cross to learn more about the situation.
