First Nation in full scale evacuation after high level of hydrocarbons found in water

It's been more than a week since Neskantaga First Nation evacuated hundreds of its members due to an unknown oily substance in its water reservoir. Now the community is in a full scale evacuation after testing found high levels of hydrocarbons in the water.
