Feds kick in $2 million to help the Atikamekw continue developing Joyce’s Principle

The Quebec government has not yet adopted what is being called Joyce's Principle – an Atikamekw-authored plan meant to improve health care services for First Nations and Inuit. But the federal government has kicked in $2 million to help continue developing it.
