Family of Pacey Dumas is suing the Edmonton Police Service

The family of Pacey Dumas is suing the Edmonton Police Service for $725 thousand. According to the lawsuit, Pacey was allegedly kicked in the head by Const. Ben Todd last December. The suit says Dumas was complying with orders and laying on the ground when it happened.
