Family of man killed by off-duty RCMP officer in Sask. file civil suit against officer and the RCMP

Braden Herman was killed by an off-duty Prince Albert RCMP officer last May in Saskatchewan. That officer resigned from the force and has been charged with murder. Now the family of Braden Herman has launched a civil suit against the former officer and the RCMP.
