Families in Thunder Bay allege lack of transparency on re-investigation of deaths

In Thunder Bay Tuesday, a cry from the families whose loved one's deaths are being re-investigated. A report on those investigations has continually been pushed back. Now, some of those families are alleging a lack of transparency throughout the new process.
