Eagle Lake First Nation to challenge nuclear waste repository

Last November, the town of Ignace and Wabigoon Lake Ojibway First Nation in Ontario agreed to house Canada’s nuclear waste in an underground repository. Now, another community has decided to challenge the selection of the site area in court.
