Delegates at U.N. forum declare opioid crisis state of emergency in British Columbia

On Thursday at the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues, delegates declared the opioid crisis in British Columbia as a state of emergency. And a hereditary chief from Nicaragua says Indigenous leaders lives are at risk there.
