Court rules Quebec needs to seek approval on mining projects with First Nation

Quebec will have to seek approval to conduct mining projects with Mitchikanibikok Inik First Nation, also known as the Algonquins of Barriere Lake, following a judicial decision made last week by the Quebec Superior Court.
