Congress of Aboriginal Peoples is taking Indigenous Services Canada to court

The Congress of Aboriginal Peoples is taking Indigenous Services Canada to federal court over what they say is inadequate and discriminatory funding for its membership. CAP’s National Chief, addressed the House of Commons Standing Committee on Indigenous and Northern Affairs.
