Chiefs say they need more traps after DFO agreement announced

Last week the Department of Fisheries and Oceans announced an agreement with four Mi’kmaw communities in Nova Scotia, allowing them to harvest lobster to earn a moderate livelihood. But the chiefs say they need more traps.
